central location friendly staff private space
The hotel is well-located near major attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. i particularly appreciated the attention from fabricio in the restaurant (he really made our mornings brighter). the indoor pool and sauna required reservations, which ensured a private experience. I used the entire space by myself during my allocated time.

The building features beautiful decoration. The refurbishment retains its palace essence. The staff were friendly. They addressed all requests promptly. I was upgraded to a larger room, and I found that feature very kind.
The room had no tea or coffee making facilities. I found that inconvenient.

The room was very neat! it was a beautiful double room garden view. It had ample space! a big plus was the very clean bathroom. It featured two separate sinks. i liked the powerful rainfall shower. It made mornings a treat. the air conditioning worked very well!
The gym equipment was a little outdated. A treadmill seemed a bit worn.
